Hyundai i20 is one of the well known hatchbacks from the second leading car manufacturer Hyundai India. It entered Indian market in April 2010; from the date of its launch it has got high demand. Till to date it is the best selling hatchback, the customers are still accepting this car without going for the new models like Toyota Etios Liva etc. The five-seater hatch is well designed, which suits for the families. The 1.4 L Gamma AT Petrol engine has got 1396cc of displacement, 4 cylinders, 4 valves, 4 speed automatic transmission gearbox and is powered with MPFI fuel system and DOHC configuration. It is capable to produce utmost power of 100 PS at 5500 rpm and peak torque of 13.9kgm at 4200 rpm. The 1.2 L Kappa PL petrol engine is equipped with 1196cc of displacement, 5 speed manual transmission gearbox, MPFI fuel supply system, 4 Cylinders & 4 Valves and DOHC Valve configuration. It has capacity to churn out topmost power of 80PS at 5200 rpm and utmost torque of 11.4kgm at 4000 rpm. The 1.4L CRDi diesel engine is loaded with DOHC Valve configurations, and 6 speed manual transmission gearboxes. It is capable to produce the maximum power of 90 PS at 4000 rpm and a maximum torque of 22.4kgm at 1750 / 2750 rpm.
