Firstly, set yourself a budget and decide which model you would like and stick to it. It is very easy to get distracted by other models as you are browsing through used Porsche magazines and forecourts and all of a sudden you’ve blown your budget.
Service history is very important when selecting any used car let alone a used Porsche so make sure it has one and that any notes made during these services have been taken into account and actioned if necessary. Once you have decided on the one for you, take it for an inspection at the garage where you will be having it regularly serviced and get a full report. If it is the latter then it doesn’t really matter if you buy a used Porsche with low mileage as it won’t be doing that many miles anyway, but if you are purchasing a used Porsche for everyday use it is worth considering choosing a model with higher mileage and a full service history as this is what it has been used to.
